  • Coordination and oversight of appropriate coding, billing and collection processes for all services performed for all payors and patients
  • Procurement of all insurance policies for the center (liability, worker’s comp, EPLI, etc.)
  • Preparation of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets and coordination of capital equipment analysis and procurement
  • Implementation of monthly financial tracking including profit and loss statements, balance sheet and other financial reports
  • Establishment of The Centers’ chart of accounts and staff training in all aspects of accounting processes
